Say "Good Morning"

Go out of your way to say "Good Morning" to everyone by name!

This works two ways: 1. They will think of you is friendly and outgoing. People will know who you are. 2. Helps you build knowledge of the hierarchy of people in the company.

A good leadership skill is knowing birthday's of employees and if you're really good their spouses and children.

Following my own advice, I just realized another point. When your in a grope of people and a new person enters. Acknowledge their present: Hi Bill or Hello Judy or when someone departs your grope. See you later Bill or have a nice day Judy.

Warning Never say good morning: Sugar, Honey or Sweetheart. It is rude and disrespectful!
